What is the Limitless Impact Foundation?

The Limitless Impact Foundation (LIF) is a mission-driven nonprofit transforming Los Angeles communities through authentic grassroots partnerships.

We provide advanced technological tools, strategic resources, and capacity-building support to community organizations, schools, and advocacy groups that have historically been excluded from access to innovation.

By leveraging our expertise in AI, 3D printing, biotechnology, public health, law, and media, we help local organizations overcome systemic barriers and achieve sustainable, scalable impact in three core areas:

Health Equity – Expanding access to tools and knowledge that improve wellness.
Education – Supporting academic attainment and bridging digital divides.
Technology Access – Ensuring advanced innovations serve the communities that need them most.

A New Model of Philanthropy

Limitless Impact Foundation (LIF, pronounced "life") is a corporate foundation founded by its Executive Chairman Matthew Newman, an innovator in corporate financial strategy, international intellectual property law, and flexible engineering to reimagine how wealth and technology can serve under-resourced communities. LIF is the philanthropic arm and corporate social responsibility hub of Limitless Group International Corporation (LGIC), also founded by Newman.

Unlike most corporate foundations, LIF was ideated before its parent corporation and its values drive the cultural heartbeat of LGIC. He leads the foundation alongside LIF's Vice Chairwoman, President, and CEO Dr. Dominique Woods, a physician executive with an academic background in community health education, health care systems engineering, health analytics, health care management, and machine learning/AI in health care.

Guided by their lived experiences as Los Angeles natives, technical expertise, and deep networks in business, engineering, law, medicine and public health, they act as facilitators working alongside grassroots leaders to eliminate systemic barriers and widen access to advanced technology within underserved communities in Los Angeles.
